Please refer to the attached License Grant (Exhibit A) for the details of your award. Per the terms of the award, you must either have or acquire one validly licensed copy of each of the applications listed; from the original licensed copies of these Microsoft software applications you may make and use the number of copies specified in the Exhibit B. To activate the licenses, you must return a signed copy of your license agreement (Exhibit A), description of award (Exhibit B) and this letter by September 30, 1997.

To fulfill your requirements under the terms of this grant award, you must:
