Advanced Biomedical Instrumentation

Course Description

A study of the scientific bases and design strategies for advanced medical instrumentation systems. Measurements and diagnosis systems for biomechanical, biochemical, cardiovascular, radiographic and bioelectric phenomena are discussed. Prerequisite BME 271 or consent of instructor.

Course Structure This course was strictly a reading course in 2000 due to low enrollment.  A listing of topics covered will be available below as we develop the course again.  The last time this course was offered was in 1996, the course web page for that offering is available here.
